"Talent Catcher used to spend up to 1.5 hours a day manually tracking ambassador performance. With Favikon, that dropped 95%+, communities scaled to 200 ambassadors, and Favikon reporting is now written into every client contract."

About Camille

Meet Camille Barrière, Executive Right Hand to CEO Charlène Hemery at Talent Catcher. Camille owns the agency's day to day ambassador reporting, tracking what every employee ambassador posts, how they communicate, and how well it performs, for communities that have grown from a handful of people to as many as 200.

Since adopting Favikon, Camille has taken communities once capped by manual bandwidth and turned them into fully reported, contractually tracked programs, with reporting time dropping from hours to minutes.

About Talent Catcher

Talent Catcher is a training organization specializing in inbound recruitment and employee advocacy. The agency builds ambassador communities inside client companies, turning employees into organic brand promoters through their own social media posts.

  • Core offering: Employee advocacy and ambassador community management for HR marketing and inbound recruitment
  • Target market: Companies building employee ambassador programs, including banks, luxury brands, hotel groups, and retail chains
  • Marketing focus: Managing and scaling branded employee ambassador communities, with performance reporting built into every client contract
  • Using Favikon since: 2023

Before Favikon

When Talent Catcher started, ambassador reporting was entirely manual, and that manual ceiling directly limited how many people could be in a community. The core problem wasn't the strategy, it was the tracking.

  • Manual tracking scaled linearly with community size. A 10 to 20 person community took about an hour to track per session. A 30 person community (a major French bank) took over two hours per session, twice a week, about 4 hours a week. The smallest community when Talent Catcher started, 15 people, took roughly 1.5 hours a day.
  • Reporting meant screenshotting every profile by hand. The trainer visited each ambassador's page individually, logged URLs and likes into a spreadsheet, and compared performance week over week, with no automated way to track results at scale. Talent Catcher reviews and actively supports every ambassador post. This meant enabling full notifications on each ambassador’s profile to ensure no post was missed, while also checking every profile regularly to verify that all publications had been identified and tracked.
  • Community size was capped by bandwidth, not demand. Growth meant a direct, linear increase in manual work, so communities stayed small by necessity rather than by design.

After Favikon

Charlène discovered Favikon as an influencer marketing tool and decided to adapt its use to track employee ambassador activity.

Talent Catcher then rebuilt ambassador reporting from the ground up using Favikon as the daily tracking and analysis layer. The platform didn't just save the team time, It has also made it possible to manage communities that the agency would not previously have been able to handle without hiring additional staff, while providing inspiration through the ability to follow other creators.

1 / Daily engagement tracking

Camille checks Favikon every day ("I was on Favikon today, I was on Favikon yesterday, I was on Favikon Monday") to monitor engagement performance across every ambassador list.

2 / Weekly content analysis.

On a weekly basis, the team reviews which posts and subjects perform best, using those insights to refine what ambassadors post next.

3 / Content inspiration lists

Charlène also created curated lists of inspiring content creators to follow their posts, identify emerging ideas, and share relevant inspiration with the ambassadors.

4 / Industry benchmarking (V3).

With Favikon's new V3 update, Camille plans to compare performance patterns across the different sectors Talent Catcher serves: banks, luxury, and hospitality, for inspiration without copying.

5 / Contract level reporting.

Favikon reports are written directly into Talent Catcher's client contracts as a required weekly deliverable, including a contract signed just this week for a new client, a major French retail chain.

Results

Since adopting Favikon, Talent Catcher has turned a manual, capacity limited reporting process into a scalable, contractually embedded part of its service offering.

  • 95%+ reduction in time spent on community reporting. The same community that used to take 1.5 hours a day to track now takes about five minutes, even as it's grown to 90 people.
  • Communities have scaled up to 200 people, made possible because reporting time no longer scales with headcount.
  • Favikon reporting is now a standard contract clause. Every client agreement includes weekly Favikon reports as a required deliverable, and clients regularly ask for "the top Favikon" performance updates.
